Focus on transforming fear and anxiety

Fear and Anxiety are commonly accepted in our society due to the "fast-paced" lifestyle and the competitive nature of modern living. When we speak of fear (while also emotive states are derivatives of fear) we are referring more to "dread" where we prevent ourselves from doing something, we procrastinate because of "what may happen". The anticipation of what will happen and a sense of separation from others as well as insecurity creates states of anxiety which become fuel for addictions and compulsions at both the emotional and physical level. These states steal us away from our true peaceful nature and can lead to all sorts of commonly-found patterns including depression, attention disorders, weight problems, biochemical imbalances, and an overall "ungrounded" lifestyle of living life.

Focus on transforming shame and guilt

Shame and Guilt stop our ability to express ourselves fully, as we are meant to be. When we want to follow our truth, we often disconnect from it and listen to our minds telling us that we are wrong for how we feel, and we are doing something wrong to another. This is how we create shame and guilt. This dishonoring of our truth is so painful that we create significant negative patterns to cover it all up. And all this does is suffocate our authentic, natural expression, deny our sexual nature and tendencies, and limits us from knowing our true creativity as nature intended.

Focus on transforming anger and resentment

Anger and Resentment are powerful forces that destroy and confuse our relationships with our own self and others. They cause us to see others as the "Enemy Image", and leads us to blame, complain and remain victims in our life. Anger and resentment are considered emotions that lead to or point to the real emotion behind their whisping cloud. Many times we are angry because we feel afraid, we feel gulty or ashamed about something we have been holding onto, or we didn't grieve a traumatic situation thoroughly and completely. All this toxicity of anger and the real emotions behind it takes residence in our bodies and attract painful, stressful situations in our life.
