Directions to the Body~Mind CenterComing from Sacramento, take Hwy 80 towards Reno. Take the Hwy 49 exit and turn left. 25 miles later, you will be in Grass Valley. Take the Gold Flat Rd./Ridge Road exit and turn left. Go to Stop Sign and then go straight through intersection up hill for about a mile. Turn right on Marjon Dr., go down about 100 yards. Turn left onto Marjon Dr., again (it's a lollipop street) The first residence on the right is 11994 Marjon Dr. The Body~Mind Center is below the residence just slightly down the hill. There is a pathway leading to the center. Places to stay while you are in the areaHere is a list of places to stay and their contact information. Grass Valley and Nevada City are right next to each other...practically the same city! Either one will put you close to The Body~Mind Center and near plenty of lakes, rivers, and nature!
