Coming from Sacramento, take Hwy 80 towards Reno.
Take the Hwy 49 exit and turn left. 25 miles later, you will be in Grass Valley.
Take the Gold Flat Rd./Ridge Road exit and turn left. Go to Stop Sign and then go straight through intersection up hill for about a mile.
Turn right on Marjon Dr., go down about 100 yards.
Turn left onto Marjon Dr., again (it's a lollipop street)

The first residence on the right is 11994 Marjon Dr. The Body~Mind Center is below the residence just slightly down the hill. There is a pathway leading to the center.
