First Steps in CMR (CMR I) Workshop

Workshop/training for self transformation and awakening

Duration: 4 days

Pre-requisite: None, it is open to anyone

This workshop/training is open to those that want to learn how to re-connect and heal themselves. All participants get the CMR manuals and the material they need to give sessions to themselves and to family members or friends. This self transformational workshop/training is not a certification training and participants are not CMR professionals nor have any license to charge or give sessions professionally. It is only taught by Luis Angel Diaz the founder of the CMR process and is a pre-requisite to the certification process to become a CMR Facilitator.

MFTs, LCSWs and LEPs who attend this workshop/training will earn 24 CEUs.

You will learn and verify for yourself through practical activities:

  • What is the "Pain Body"
  • What creates and what transforms the pain body
  • How to access the transformative power of the state of presence
  • Practical steps to transform the pain body into the original resonance.
  • The NNR (Neural Net Repatterning) integral technique to uncover the belief system
  • Brain Integration corrections to de-activate repetitive patterns
  • The PBR (Pain Body Release) foundational technique to transform the cellular memory
  • How to release old energy contractions to feel more alive and present to your life
  • How to uncover the hidden nuggets of our unconscious projections
  • How to heal the chronic disconnection from ourselves and others
  • How to awaken our bodies while integrating our mind with our bodies
  • How to communicate authentic and compassionately at the same time
  • How to transform complains and disempowerment into transformative action
  • How to apply the CMR Process to yourself
  • How to apply it to family members and friends
