Biography / CertificationsIn my early 30’s, from the outside, it looked like I was living a "picture-perfect" life. What you couldn’t see was, on the inside, I was emotionally dying. It was beginning to show up physically and mentally, as well. I tried many conventional ways to rid myself of whatever was causing the pain, yet even my spiritual practice at that time provided no significant relief. I realized I had to make some hard decisions and commit myself to finding answers that were outside my tidy little "frame".
